IEPs, 504s, and Behavior Plans (BIPs) can feel overwhelming, especially when they don’t seem to be working for your child. I’m here to help you untangle the confusion and make sure these plans actually meet your child’s needs. Here’s how I’ll help: Comprehensive Review: - I’ll take a close look at your child’s IEP, 504 Plan, or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), to see what’s working, what’s not, and where it can be improved. - I’ll explain everything in plain language, so you know exactly what’s in the plan and why it matters (20 min pre meeting) -You will share what your goals are, and where the your child's needs are currently not being met Personalized Recommendations: - I’ll identify gaps or outdated strategies and provide practical, neuro-affirming suggestions to make the plan more effective. - You’ll get a clear list of recommendations you can bring to your next meeting with the school team (shared informational document) Ongoing Support: - After the review, I’ll be available to answer follow-up questions or help with plan updates (40 min phone/ Zoom meeting). You don’t have to settle for a plan that isn’t serving your child. I’ll help you turn it into something that works—with your child’s unique needs and strengths at the center.
